More HPV vaccine lies

Hilary Butler - Wednesday, August 31, 2011

Infectious Disease News Alerts have dropped into my inbox now, for nearly a decade.  This organisation is run by a company called "SLACK Incorporated, and "strives to be the global, definitive information source for ID professionals by delivering timely, accurate, authoritative and balanced reports on clinical issues, socioeconomic topics and industry developments, as well as presenting clinically relevant information on medical therapies for the benefit of the patient."  Of course, that's followed by the usual disclaimer saying words to the effect of "believe us at your peril".

There is this caveat here: "All staff-written news reports are sent to quoted sources for verification of medial accuracy. Quotes and other information in staff-written news reports are verified for accuracy with sources prior to publication. Excluded from this policy are InfectiousDiseaseNews.com website-first articles, which are not sent to sources to facilitate the rapid dissemination of this news."

Just before that, is stated, "All articles posted on InfectiousDiseaseNews.com are reviewed by the Chief Medical Editor and Executive Editor, who are solely responsble for deciding upon their acceptance, rejection, or need for revision, based upon their appropriateness to the mission of the publication."

So while two people must review all articles, the buck stops with Chief Editor, Dr Paul A Volberding,  Go hunting for his particulars and you see this.  And given that,"Dr. Volberding serves as scientific advisor to Abbott, Boehringer Ingelheim, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Gilead, GlaxoSmithKline, Ortho Biotech, Pfizer/Agouron, Shire, and Schering; and on the speakers bureau for Gilead, GlaxoSmithKline, Ortho Biotech, and Schering." ....  you would think he would understand the term "accuracy", right?

Apparently not, because this week InfectiousDiseaseNews Alerts posted an article, which is solely his responsibility, which heralded the news that HPV Vaccines  prevent anal cancer in women (pdf of news item, since I'd be surprised if it's not pulled.) The article states:

There were 27 diagnosed HPV 16-related anal cancers in the vaccine group vs. 85 diagnoses in the control group, for a vaccine efficacy of 68.2% (95% CI, 51.4-79.7). For cervical cancer, researchers observed 28 diagnoses in the vaccine group compared with 116 in the control group. Vaccine efficacy against cervical HPV 16 was 75.8% (95% CI, 63.8-84.2).

For HPV 18, there were 20 diagnosed anal cancers in the vaccine group compared with 45 in the control group. Vaccine efficacy was 55.5% (95% CI, 25.2-74.2). Thirteen vaccinated patients were diagnosed with cervical cancer vs. 61 in the control group. Vaccination efficacy against cervical HPV 18 infection was 78.6% (95% CI, 62-88.7).

So let's check this out shall we?  Kreimer's article, starts with this statement: "Anal cancer remains rare (Incidence of about 1.5 per 100,000 women yearly)."

So two people should have read Kreimer's article, ...  the first sentence raises the first red flag.  Given that Kreimer's study included just over 4,000 women, if according the Kreimer there are 1.5 anal cancers in 100,000 women per year, how many would you expect in 4,000?

Read further and you find that this study was about INFECTIONS, not actual CANCERS.  Read the article very carefully and you will see many reasons why Kreimer's article really doesn't deserve a news item in Infectious Diseases News at all, but having ascribed virtues to the vaccine, which the study did not...., Dr Volberding needs a disciplinary reminder.  With his CV, he should know better.  And talking about his CV, note that (coincidentally) Volberding approved an untrue article about a vaccine, made by a company whose payroll he is on.  Hmmm........  Read Full Blog

Toxic Metals found in Sweden's Pandemrix Swine Flu vaccine

Hilary Butler - Monday, August 29, 2011

Recently a blog commented that a doctor has tested Sweden's Swine Flu vaccine:

After having been injected with Pandemrix as part of the swine flu mass vaccination in 2009, the patient, her husband and their three children all developed intense pain at the site of injection.

The vaccine was administered by mixing antigen and adjuvant from two separate glass vials before injecting it into the muscle.

On a hunch, the doctor analysed the content of the vials to see if fragments of rubber or plastic material from the lid of the vials had become attached to the tip of the needle and had triggered “a foreign body reaction” at the injection site.

Instead, he found toxic metals had been added to the vaccine. .....

The consultant anaesthetist at a University Hospital said he was surprised to find “quite robust amounts of colloidal or nano-sized heavy metals” when he conducted an ICP analysis of GSK’s swine flu vaccine.

He found the following concentration in Pandemrix: arsenic [As] = 2.421 ppm and tin [Sn] = 1.511 ppm.

...

Who knows what is in other vaccines, until someone actually decides to look? Read Full Blog

Yes, vaccines can CAUSE autism!

Hilary Butler - Monday, August 15, 2011

There has been some confusion caused by Helen Petousis-Harris's seeming misunderstanding of my comments on Radio Rhema last night.

Yes, I believe that vaccines can cause autism.

Read Vaccines and Neonatal Immune Development,

then How a baby fights infection and develops the immune system,

then Can vaccines become cranial and immunological cluster bombs

There is absolutely no doubt that children with autism not only have deranged inate immune systems, but they also have cognitive disorder, and crohns.  There is no doubt that aluminium adjuvants make the brain produce pro-inflammatory cytokines, and there is also no doubt that the use of aluminium adjuvant causes excessive amounts of host DNA to be released which in some children could result in autoimmunity.  There is no doubt at all in my mind, that repeated vaccination results in autoimmunity.

It is not possible to cover material comprehensively on the radio, and Helen appeared to state that I was saying that vaccines don't cause autism, but that maternal genes do.

I was not saying that at all.

I had started discussing the fact that mothers with mitochondrial dysfunction relating to MTHFR mutation, will have children, who after vaccination are MORE LIKELY to come down with regressive autism after vaccination, because they are more susceptible to immune system cascade failure. It's classic "epigenetics".

And given that nutrition can have epigenetic effects, and switch on, and off genes, and make them work incorrectly, as Dr Terry Wahls discovered, when she brought herself back "to life" instead of dying from progressive multiple sclerosis, good nutrition is hugely important, which (in my opinion) is why more and more children are susceptible to damage, not just from vaccines, but from environmental toxins, and drugs etc.

Did the vaccinations trigger it, or did the mutation?  I believe that the vaccines triggered it, because many of those same parents, who have had subsequent children with the mutation, and who have decided NOT to vaccinate, have had subsequent children free of any ASD disorders. Read Full Blog

Oh my darling Portia

Hilary Butler - Tuesday, August 02, 2011

 (royalty free from dreamstime.com)

Gardasil radio advertisements have started with a vengeance, because the MOH is not happy with the low uptake of Gardasil in New Zealand, so have mounted an all out propaganda campaign in an attempt to persuade young girls to say, "Yes" to Gardasil.

These adverts feature a young woman introducing herself as Portia and telling us all, of the wonderful benefits of this new vaccine out there, called Gardasil.  Blah Blah Blah....

Apart from the irony of expecting girls to say yes, on the basis of a promo by a girl who gives zero meaningful information, perhaps the pressuretainment strategists should have thought about the name "Portia".  Perhaps they think it sounds elegant, upper class, somewhat snobby and ever so brainy?

The name "Portia" struck me as funny on many levels.  A portia, is a jumping spider which happens to get it's kicks out of cannibalising other spiders, and usually manages to demolish mating males before the deed is done. See image number 7.  There are lots of different types of portia, many very colourful - and massively alluring.

A neat version on the "other one", which is, "come into my parlour, said the spider to the fly..."  "Hairy Legs" would indeed be proud.... Read Full Blog
