What’s the difference between climate change and the provaccine zealots ?
Nothing.
As many of you will have noticed the climate change people have their tits in a tangle.
Some charmer hacked into a data base and uploaded emails sent hither and yon. Naturally, the blistering attacks on the “climate change deniers” were the bits that were talked about most.

But for those of you wondering about the "joined at the hip" title, here are some unreferenced extracts from the emails:
Kevin Trenberth explains how to respond to skeptics: "but the response should try to somehow label these guys and lazy and incompetent and unable to do the huge amount of work it takes to construct such a database. Indeed technology and data handling capabilities have evolved and not everything was saved. So my feeble suggestion is to indeed cast aspersions on their motives and throw in some counter rhetoric. Labeling them as lazy with nothing better to do seems like a good thing to do."
Science at work, folks! Actually it's par for the course.

If you question vaccine dogma, tell me... exactly where do you think you will get published???!!!!
But for me, the ultimate arrogance of ignorance comes in the interchange between a tree expert who questions how on earth they can possible use tree rings to calculate anything, since tree rings only reflect the microclimate in which the trees grow.
....at which point they refuse to answer him, but some of the emails talk about hiding the problems from the Siberian tree ring data, by nixing it and substituting local air temperature measurements!
The whole debate is laughable frankly.
Anyone who believes that scientists can accurately measure world temperatures hundreds of years ago, in retrospect, to one-tenth of a degree, using the width of tree rings, seriously needs some massive training in basic biological ecology. Something a lot of the so-called “climatologists” don’t have!
And here is another area where the joined in the hip bit comes in.
Provaccine zealots are EXACTLY the same.
They promote something, when in actual fact they have little understanding of the biology and ecology into which their vaccines are being injected.
Over the next few weeks I hope to bring you a few blogs illustrating exactly how little vaccine zealots know, or understand.
When confronted with doubts, questions and very logical arguments against the wholesale use of whatever vaccine manufacturers are pushing next, the provaccine respond with EXACTLY the same tactics that climate change “Indulgence promotors” have used.
Perhaps the climatologist took classes from the Offitteers of the world.
Or perhaps, it's hard wired into humans to behave this way, when confronted with information that might overturn CVs, reputations and one standing in the world. And.... the money, station and comfortable future these people create for themselves, as they swan around the world, creating carbon in volumes that the rest of us can only dream of.
Indulgences indeed.
